The location. It’s quite literally next to the Oriente metro stop. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful despite the many issues.

I love Moxy hotels. Modern, clean and comfortable, plus you need to love that bar downstairs. This is my second time staying at this location and it's fantastic. While it is a bite of a hike from the city center, there is a lot near by and this location is very convenient for the expo center if you're here for work or the train, bus and airport if you are traveling. Staff is great.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to all types of transportation. Breakfast was nice. The only issue I had was that the bathroom drain was clogged and didn’t drain properly. Although the staff came to fix it, the problem remained.
