There are no words to describe how a laid-back atmosphere the hotel is. Everything is superb. This hotel is very lucky to have such friendly and attentive staff. They are genuinely so great. The rooms are fabulous. A late check out was generously given to me. The swimming cool is very cosy, which really makes you feel out of stress. Whatever I say is not enough to explain how lovely this hotel and its staff are.

Complimentary drinks were a nice touch. turndown service was different every day. Issues were resolved quickly. Staff were incredibly welcoming. Spa treatments were next level, we went back on day 2 for more!
