There are no words to describe how a laid-back atmosphere the hotel is. Everything is superb. This hotel is very lucky to have such friendly and attentive staff. They are genuinely so great. The rooms are fabulous. A late check out was generously given to me. The swimming cool is very cosy, which really makes you feel out of stress. Whatever I say is not enough to explain how lovely this hotel and its staff are.

This luxury 5-star hotel occupies a unique waterfront location in the historic Lisbon district of Belém, next to the Tagus River.

I liked eveything about our stay in your Hotel! The kindness of the staff, the hotel room and facilities, the beautificul view, the Spa, the breakfast... Everything was perfect :)

    Lovely property in good condition and fantastic location. Property is well equipped and comfortable. It’s near a busy main road so never the quietest if you’re a light sleeper but things do calm down in the later evening! Tram stop outside makes it ideal to get into Central Lisbon. 15 minutes from the Cais de Sodre station or Bélem Tower. Lovely supermarket just opposite and the converted LX Factory nearby is a real highlight for food and drink options!

They were always available via the Booking.com chat and Whatsup. - Great location: very close to a supermarket (Pingo Doce), Easy travel to Sintra from Alcântara-Terra, close to LX Factory. - The location in general is quite nice and quaint. - Internet access worked perfectly

    Nice apartment, not far from LX Factory. Looks exactly like in pictures. I liked design. Public transport near - even tram which is as old as nr.28 . Easy to walk to train, riverside, MAAT museum, Belem. We did not cook, but kitchen has all you need. There was coffee and tee. Nice view from balcony. Near restaurants and Caffes to have breakfast and dinner for really good price!
