Wonderful hotel. Beautiful, spotless facilities, and the friendliest staff. I only stayed one night but it was the highlight of my two week trip. Great restaurants. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Service was great, staffs were friendly and approachable. Good facilities. it would have been great if we had one or two more options for dining.

What a wonderful and fun staff they have there. They were so helpful all weekend with directing us to some of the great places that we could see and eat. It is very convenient to the subway. And it is a definite place that we will come back to!

    - the location is nice, right in the downtown area, it is easy to get to from the airport by bus 722 or 744 - it is about 5 minutes' walk to the Rossio Station, so it is easy to go to Sintra - you can get on a bus to go to the other train stations or sete rios bus station - easy walking to lots of other interesting neighborhoods - reception hosts are very friendly and warm, thanks to their suggestions that i realized uber is fairly cheap going around town - they have a dryer in the basement
