Architecture and design 💛 and it’s all surrounded by nature — a well and carefully maintained little jungle
Very clean 👌
Staff were extremely nice 🙏
Details: we had books in the room at our disposal, nice readings!
Location: it’s kinda in the middle in relation to Chalok and Sairee beaches which was great to do by just walking.

Nice hotel but a bit far from the main street in Koh Tao. The hotel organised transfers to the beach each day which was nice. The bathroom had been cleaned before arrival but all the dust was swept into a corner and left there. The air conditioning in our room was dripping when we arrived but the staff fixed it very quickly. Also rented a mororbike through the hotel for a good price. Overall the best part about this place is the staff who are so friendly.

I payed more for a private room than the other hotels I was in while traveling Thailand and therefore I expected more. Room was big and clean. However, it was poorly soundproofed, the drain in the shower stank and the room was musty. Overall I expected more for the price but it wasn't bad.

Pros :
Clean & Spacious room
Comfortable bed
A really good restaurant
Cons :
Staff leaves by 6/7pm. Post that if you have issues or need help with the room, they are unavailable and you will have to wait until the next day.
While it may be tricky to get to – the dirt road is windy and steep – it’s well worth the effort to make the trek to Shark Bay. As the name suggests, it’s one of the best places in Koh Tao to see blacktip and whitetip sharks, as well as a whole host of other creatures. Just watch out for sea urchins on the seabed, as it’s quite shallow for quite a way out into the water.

Unbeatable view over Shark bay which has pristine golden sand. Lovely infinity pool and two spacious ensuite bedrooms. Comfortable for a family of four. Paky was incredibly helpful and taxi service was readily available to take you all over the island.
Great location. Near the port and walking distance from sairee beach. Also walked to shark bay and freedom beach. Its set off busy road but location very quiet and beautiful. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely.
The location was really good, not in the busy area but close by to main road, 20 min to the pier, 20 min to a freedom beach and shark bay, If you’re looking for a location to relax and sleep well but still not far away from nice beaches etc then this is it. The terrace’a view was nice
Had a private room which was enormous and really comfortable. Agree with other comments, didn’t feel able to join any conversations as it was largely Spanish, but I’m happy to just chill so that was fine for me. Great location for proximity to the pier and Sairee beach and I also found it fine for walking to Shark Bay, Aow Leuk etc if you’re not comfy with a scooter
The location was incredible. I think we also got the room with the best view, right on the water. There a two beaches either side of a headland which means that if one side is windy. the other is calm and perfect for snorkeling. There is a coastal path that allowed us to walk to Chalok and Shark Bay on one of our days, and then walk back to Mae Haad in less that 40 min when we checked out.
The hotel has really nice spacious rooms. They can pick you up from the pier and drop you back there when your stay is over. The staff are really friendly.
The hotel is located near many restaurants and stores, making it really convenient. If you don't ride motorbikes, you can walk from there to popular beaches and snorkeling points, like Ao Leuk, Shark Bay and more (if you don't bother walking up and down some hills). They also have a shuttle service to some beaches.
Very good AC in the room.
