Terminal 21 is beautiful.

Was able to run in both Benjakitti and Lumphini parks as they were minutes from the hotel. As well shopping at Terminal 21 was a couple of blocks away. Was a perfect location and the views from our room were fantastic. Loved the heated seat in the washroom, the great shower and water pressure, and the massive tv screen. You can still walk to Nana Plaza from here but it's a bit further. There was a nice outdoor sitting area. I had a room with a private bathroom. The room was small but had a bed, desk, and chair. The place was quiet and there was no noise at night from within the hotel or nearby bars. I did not have breakfast at the guest house but it was available. Everything was good.
