Located in Fengshan District, Kaohsiung, Royal Gold Hotel is a nice choice providing cosy accommodation and excellent service.

It was a nice stay, high end of normal in European standard. It was clean, classical decor, we had everything we needed in the room. Possibility to do laundry in the basement floor. Restaurant at the lobby floor. Compared to other hotels that charge a lot for an unpleasant experience - this one felt like a very good taste for decent price. Thank you!

I stayed at the hotel having had an excellent experience at the Grand Hotel in Taipei. While I felt having the lake and beautiful park right next door in Kaohsiung was an upgrade, the actual hotel was not on a par with the one in Taipei. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, however.
