Everything is great, wonderful friendly staff, the room is clean. The refrigerator in the room was not working, but an alternative was immediately offered.

A really good option in one of the best parts of Kyiv city centre. Clean and well equipped. Super comfy beds. Well maintained, easily reachable bomb shelter, which is always a big plus.  Finally, room service works 24/7 and serves some proper food! Unlike in most places in the EU, in this hotel you'll not stay hungry after 23:00 no matter what. I think it's truly amazing  :)

Nice hotel next to the hotel station. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the room was clean. Even though it's in a busy area, it was quiet in the room. There are a bunch of grocery stores just across the street. Definitely a great option if you're travelling and want to stay closer to the train station.
