First impressions were great. The lobby was pretty and clean and the check in process and front desk staff were very responsive and helpful. We also loved apartment style setup so we had enough space in the 3 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom unit for our family of five, three of which ads teenagers. We also loved the common room as it was beautifully setup with a fireplace, pool table, bar and game tables area. We loved that we were able to entertain guests there.

The French toast was disappointing. Also it was brought to the table just warm, not hot.

The hotel is located in a good place near the convention center and the harbour. Staffs were friendly. I stayed there for 5 days. Room size is big.

The rooms are outdated. The toilet was small and the one in my room was very loose at the base. The water would not go down the drain after taking a shower. The lighting was not good in the bathroom. I did bring this to front desk attention and he only provided a 25 credit to the restaurant in the hotel. I didn't feel like this was fair as I spent a lot to stay there. I will be calling upper management. This trip was planned and my hard earned money spent.
