First impressions were great. The lobby was pretty and clean and the check in process and front desk staff were very responsive and helpful. We also loved apartment style setup so we had enough space in the 3 bedroom + 2.5 bathroom unit for our family of five, three of which ads teenagers. We also loved the common room as it was beautifully setup with a fireplace, pool table, bar and game tables area. We loved that we were able to entertain guests there.

Nice hotel in good location, but there were some disadvantages: no drinking water in room, but free tee and water in lounge; no everyday room service; breakfast was pretty poor, not a lot of choices and pancakes making device worked very slowly. In other cases everything was positive.

The room was wide and the bad was very comfortable. The bathroom was OK too. The position od the hotel is very convenient to visit the old harbour.
