Well located in Boston, citizenM Boston Back Bay provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a shared lounge.

The staff are extremely friendly and engaged. The location is great. As we stayed here for the Boston Marathon, the Back Bay location less than .5 miles from the finish was terrific. The buffet breakfast was quite good. (Not exceptional, but quite good.) The room design made good use of space; so we had enough room in the closet area and drawer. But that is because we were there for a short time, and didn't bring a lot of clothes.

Attractively located in Boston, citizenM Boston North Station has air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a restaurant.

It was in the heart of everything. It was about a 10 minute walk to Faneuil hall, the train was right there at North Station. Everyone was so friendly and nice! We were greeted immediately with friendly and welcoming faces. The room had a great view of downtown, it was very cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and super clean. The self check in was a breeze.

Great location near Porter Square. Free parking at the property. The heating system worked well. It made no noise, as often happens in hotels, and was easy to adjust to keep the room warm. My room also had a balcony, which was a nice bonus.

A nice hotel in Cambridge, situated in Porter square so you have places around including subway station. Rooms are clean but small so it's good for a short stay, no breakfast option on site

Excellent location and a very unique property. House is easily 100 plus years old and has some of the great and not so great things associated with that. Free first come, first served parking is a great benefit if you can use it as Cambridge street parking is basically non-existent if you aren't a resident. Easy walks to Harvard, Inman, Central and Porter squares.

Great location right in the middle of Cambridge, short walk to Davis and Porter square. Victorian rooms are elegant and charming, with plenty of space to spread out. Coffee and tea provided in the main lobby sitting room.

Good access to Cambridge/Boston; you don't need to stay right in Harvard Square or by Boston Common; Porter Square is within 20 minutes from central Boston and this hotel is right next to the metro. Close to most shops/facilities you need (e.g. grocery, laundromat, etc.).

Porter Square Hotel had a very sleek, boutique-like environment with an excellent location right on Mass Ave in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants. It was immaculate and the AC worked well. The room itself was on the small side which is not surprising for a city hotel. It had a lovely but tiny alcove with a chair and table that allowed one to view the activity on the busy street outside. The beds were super comfy and the linens crisp.

Porter Square Hotel is perfect for being super close to my clients in Cambridge, but able to stay in a more boutique hotel vs. the cookie-cutter chains. It is very private and proximate to a host of close food and coffee to make my business trips convenient. Short uber into Cambridge or Boston.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The location is great--right across the street from the T train station in Porter Square. There is a coffee shop right on the block and a shopping center across the street with some places to eat, Target, CVS, and a cute book store. The hotel is an affordable option if you are traveling to Cambridge, and I highly recommend it.

This is my go-to hotel in Cambridge. The bed is super comfortable. The rooms have hardwood (not carpet!) and are always clean. There is 24-hour service at the door (and no long lines that you get at large chain hotels). Coffee, tea, decaf, water... all the amenities you'd expect from a well-priced, well-appointed hotel. The location is ideal, right next to Porter Square.
