This 4-star hotel is located in the center of downtown San Antonio right along the River Walk. This luxury hotel features a tropical courtyard with outdoor pool and a restaurant.

Beautiful building and pool area. Great little bar next to lobby. Breakfast burritos were yummy and good value. But, I never saw housekeeping and had to request fresh towels and more coffee. One of two Omni robes missing from our closet....reported this to front desk, but response was it was no big deal. Loved everything else and would definitely stay again.

River Walk

Under the streets of central San Antonio, this riverside walkway is a city centerpiece. The River Walk connects local landmarks through a network of waterside paths, just one level below the traffic. Shops, bars, and restaurants draw crowds all year, and during annual festivals the water fills up with colorful lights and flowery floats.

Do not leave town without going to the Riverwalk.

Do not leave town without going to the Riverwalk. It's much cooler lower than street level. Visit night after Thanksgiving to see all the super tall trees filled with Holiday lights, ride the River boats, catch a river parade, etc. Generally, it's not cold in Fall or Winter until December. Also, Fiesta is a great time to visit! Watch PBS on demand to see Joseph Rosendo's 2 trips to San Antonio!

Boat tours cost money but will let you see more without walking as much. Moat of the restaurants/bars are pricey, but mice and several are unique. Anywhere you park in the city is going to cost you. The Riverfront mall has a parking garage with options based on time and can be a better deal depending on where you are going. Most parking areas are not cast, they are pay by phone.

Head towards the "Museum Reach" area of the River Walk to The Pearl. There are lots of good restaurants there and shopping. Past The Pearl you will find the Witte Museum and the Smoke Shack. Both are worth your time. A good place to eat along the River Walk is Ocho and Tre Trattoria (which is attached to the San Antonio Art Museum).

Everyone needs to visit the Riverwalk at least once. The boat tours are great and very informational. Is it a "must do" everytime I visit...no, but it is a great place to go to eat and get souvineers.

Parking added an extra $100 to the room. You can find a hotel closer to the River Walk for the same price and NOT have to pay for parking. No breakfast. The hotel staff was not helpful or friendly. Rooms are so small it’s like sleeping in a very small box!

Amazing atmosphere. This hotel is in an old texas national bank and the lobby and second floor still have all of the original decor. It is absolutely gorgeous. In the "basement" there is a direct walk way to the river walk and its super cool and contains all the history of the bank. The rooms were very clean! The bathrooms were gorgeous, and we had no problems with the room.

Stay was great, room was good, location was ok but I thought it was on riverwalk because it says river walk after the hotel name listing. I thought the indoor pool could use some tidying up and the water was slightly off color for me. I booked in advance and was surprised the $25 extra cost to reserve the room is not credited back regardless if you show up. I would love to her that credited back. Breakfast was pretty nice….yummy Texas shape and tx size waffles❤️

It was home away from home. Super cozy. Yes it was small. But it's kinda just like a one bed hotel room but with a fenced in backyard. Plus we were not there to hang out in the room just to sleep. The location is safe and walking distance to the river walk which is nice. If don't wanna walk the city bus is there as well. The bed comfy, the shower nice. And the closet is nice as well. Another plus is my son plays basketball and there was a park around where he would go and shoot hoops.

Everything was just like in pictures. The room was spacious & my main reason for picking this hotel is that it's about a 10-minute to the river walk, free parking, free wifi, breakfast included.

Literally right on the river walk!! It felt safe and comfortable. As a single female with a little dog , it’s important to be able to walk at night and not feel weird. It felt super safe even at night. Close enough to walk to the pearl district in ten minutes. Can walk to the downtown area/ river walk shopping area in thirty mins. Comfy bed, clean apartment. Felt really good being there a week.

Older hotel, exterior entrances in a great location. There's really good Mexican food across the street and a large market adjacent, easy walk to the River Walk, shops and the Alamo. The staff is friendly & professional. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was as expected and described. Check out was a breeze via text.

The room was perfect, overlooking the River Walk. The location was very close to the venue we were attending. The restaurant, Ocho was absolutely delicious! I had some of the best mussels I've ever had and would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Havana! Eat at the restaurant, and don't forget to check out the bar!
