René and Esther were wonderful hosts. They took a real interest in our activities. They care about their guests. The room was comfortable, with a modern bathroom with a good walk-in shower. It was quiet at night. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the mountains. Berwang is a small town and you can walk everywhere. Although there was one flight of stairs to our room, the stairs were not steep and had a good handrail. It's an easy day trip to get to the Austrian side of Zugspitze gondola.

    Really clean and decorated very cute. The hotel lodge has Austrian feel with up to date facilities. The washroom was compact but was thoughtfully designed to make it more space friendly which I appreciate. Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. The location is really nice, you can easily get to various hiking trails in the area by car.

    It was a beautiful lodge, with lots of ambiance and the nicest and most welcoming hosts you could ever imagine. The location was beautiful and quiet in Berwang, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. We had the best time! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!
