    We loved the location of Lara Lodge. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful countryside around Lara Lodge. Our beds were comfortable and the shower set up was excellent to use. Netflix on the television was very easy to use also.

    The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful! Our flight to Sydney from Tullamarine got cancelled and we had a early international flight the next morning, so we had no choice but to book last minute tickets from Avalon airport. However, the flight was at 5am and no taxis were available - the owner kindly drove us to the airport making 2 trips for our family of 5 to the airport. The cabin we stayed in was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend Lara Lodge to anyone wanting to stay around the area!
