Lodges in Pontresina

We arrived, checked late evening, checked in and took our bags to our room and went downstairs for a pretty good late night dinner. Upon returning to our room, there was no power, reported, but nobody there that could do anything. Stayed sitting up unable to safely sleep without my cpap machine. In the morning they were able to fix the breaker right away. They said no compensation as we must have done something using too much power. Hadn't even plugged in a phone charger yet. We felt really bad, at check out that gave us a 20% discount. . But the damage was already done by the manager suggesting it was all our fault.

Super comfortable, well equipped apartment, centrally located in Pontresina (we just went out every morning for a walk to be greeted by the ibex in the Steinbock Promenade!)
