SwitzerlandFriendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

SwitzerlandUnbeatable location if you are a skiier. As close to a ski in/out hotel one can choose. Assuming the snow conditions are good, you can literally ski to the foot/entrance of the hotel where the ski lockers are located.
The ski lockers were also warm and well organized with plenty of storage for the gear and quick/easy access to the rooms.
Restaurant and the staff were amazing.
Parking availability was also appreciated. Though in busy periods you may be parked in and will have to wait a while to get your car out.
