Beautiful views! Lovely dining/ hang-out area for guests with views, outside terrace, and self service tea and coffee available most hours. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Accommodating staff present and available until late. We booked an early AM (6:30) departure to kayak the Sunken Forest at Rio Chepú and the staff was kind enough to prepare a breakfast for us, despite the early time outside of breakfast hours. Very nice.

Staff were super kind and friendly. This property is perfectly fine and clean but a little dated and run down. It's nicely located and lots of places to walk to and visit.

We loved the lodge-like atmosphere and great water view from our room, which was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Plenty of parking. Communal breakfast was ample and a fun way to meet fellow travelers who provided recommendations on Chiloe sightseeing and interesting insight into life in Chile. Good dinner recommendation.

Stunning location in an otherwise not so nice city. Beautiful lodge, very rustic. Rooms are a bit outdated but fits the setting. Very helpful staff.
