Lilte paradise lost at the very end of the road - yes it is not cheap - yes it can be tough to get there - yes it is not 5 stars confort place : But if you go there you should initially know why - remoteness and wildlife. You can swim in the sea just in fornt (being carreful of RIP current) and the personnel was very welcoming. Again the tours and locals beverages are not cheap but this is cheaper than Disneyland (and way better IMO ;).

Surrounded by tropical rainforest, with waterfalls and nature, Luna Lodge features incredible nature tours, yoga, spa treatments, an organic swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in public areas.

Amazing lodge in the heart of a tropical rainforest. Lots of clearly marked trails and a very impressive tower for bird watching. The wooden floors and furniture in the cabins and the communal areas are beautiful. Delicious local food with very generous portions. We did a night tour and saw an incredible variety of wildlife. The room with its outdoor bathroom was stunning and it was an incredible experience waking up to the sound of howler monkey and toucans.

We had a wonderful time at Maze Lodge in the middle of the jungle! Sure the road is a little bumpy but nothing a 4x4 car (we had a Suzuki Jimny) can't handle...a little adventure ride for free :) We want to thank our hosts Frida and Alexander so much for hospitality and their support! The hosts are welcoming, the grounds are absolutely stunning, and the chocolate tour with Jason was the most informative of its kind that I've ever done (and I've done a few!). It's actually far more than just a chocolate tour - you'll learn about so many other interesting things they are doing there. Special shout out to Noah, who went above and beyond to meet any request. Thank you! Oh, and breakfast is fantastic - Jutta's bread is not to be missed!

It was a unique stay in the middle of the jungle with an amazing view up to the sea over the canopy of the jungle. The sound of wildlife and the stay right inside the forest was very exotic.

Whilst we all loved the experience of staying here and wouldnt change it, it was not what we expected in terms of accommodation and we wouldnt re-book. The experience of the jungle was priceless and we loved the jungle living but the accommodation was not as it is advertised and the people "looking after us" were (whilst very nice) a bunch of young lads because the owner was away.
