The property per se is nice. Big garden.
The attic has space for 5 people sleeping in single beds 7 a little squashed in my opinion.
The 1 bathroom is very modern.
We had a few issues with normal heating, but there is a wood fed heater. Overall the owners were informing us how to set it up via SMS.
The negative part in our modest opinion is that power consumption - electricity is not included in the amount paid, that includes lights, heating and hot water is periodically not available 24/7 but there is a reason behind it.
This came as a surprise to us as we didnt find any mention of all these issues in booking.com.
Only on the email you receive once you have booked, unfortunately there is a no refund policy.
I dont know if this is something new due to the increase of electric prices, but paying for the Kw you spent during your stay is kind of strange in 2025.
In general the house is pleasant, close to one of the most beautiful trails in the Czech Rep. and natural sceneries, the owners were helpful and the price is reasonable, just be aware of these issues.

Very nice place, very good for kids, two playgrounds, fenced in big garden, pool, bonfire place, grill area in a very quiet village. About 30+ min drive from local attractions. Owners are very nice and accommodating. House has everything you need to cook- stovetop, microwave, kettle, dishes etc

Lots of space. Cosy and quiet. Perfect for the large family with small children. Bathrooms for most rooms was better than expected.
It was a good drive from nearst groceries (15 min)
Everything was clean. Friendly and informative host.

Very friendly owners living just next door. Always ready to help with any issues. House itself is old enough, there are only two regular beds, other sleeping places are matresses on the floor. Good parking place, very beautiful nature. Very quite place to enjoy the nature. Overall the chalet is decorated in the style of the 80s and many things have not been updated since then. If you want to live in the atmosphere of that time and enjoy the silence and nature, then this is a great option.
