Beautiful beach and nice little village tour (paid). 2 of the young staff members really made our stay a better experience - without Kini and her boyfriend there, I would have a very negative review. I don't think they work there permanently, so we were lucky to have them around. Kini is a great cook and really lovely to chat with, her boyfriend is friendly & funny, great person to ask Fiji travel tips from. The meals were all very local and very tasty. The gardens are tidy and there are plenty of coconut trees and mango trees around. Writing this review from home, I miss the fresh mangos!

Gold Coast is beautiful. Super nice beach. The meals were great! Especially the breakfasts. We did a picnic on a private beach, while we snorkeled our host caught fish and our hostess prepared the fire to cook the fish over. Truly an authentic experience. We will be back

This is a very basic resort. Cabins are old and need repair.No hot water or air conditioning, There was a fan.Food cooked Fijian style was plentiful. Friendly accomodating family. Experience how a Fijian family lives.Electricity for 24 hours.Cold spring water availble.Beautiful view of the Bay
