I loved the fact it was all family orientated. It was such a beautiful place to stay I would highly recommend anyone to stay! It was absolutely beautiful.

Brilliant directions and parking at property. A well set out lodge whether it be for a night, or for longer to explore the historic area. Really comfy beds, spacious rooms and great bathrooms. Cosy living area and well equipped kitchen. Lovely addition of bread and milk for brekkie. 100% recommend this for any stays, close to Nottingham and on the doorstep of Sherwood.

The "lodge" was clean (we did see a few dead insects and cobwebs, and there was a fusty smell). The facilities all worked efficiently, and the beds were comfortable.

The setting of the lodge is fantastic. Out your room the french doors lead to a beautiful courtyard for outdoor seating and more. Rooms have everything you need, during my stay, this property hints on even more improvements going forward, therefore can only improve on what is already a fantastic stay
