The lodge was exceptionally clean & had a few nice Christmassy touches. The bed was very comfy & the lodge was very cosy. Jackie was a fabulous host & we couldn’t have wished for better. The lodge is located beside a busy road but we didn’t hear much traffic through the night. The site had good amenities & the staff are fabulous as is the food. We would have problem staying again

Owner Jackie met us on arrival answered any questions and she gave us valuable info re the surrounding area.Caravan was spotless ,beds extremely comfortable and an amazing power shower. The kitchen was well equipped with quality utensils and crockery.Wifi was good and tv had all up to date channels etc.Lovely clean well looked after site with good views of hills in distance from window.Decking has outdoor dining facilities too .
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
Lovely accommodation and wonderful hosts! The Lodge had everything we needed and more.
Jackie was very helpful and gave excellent local knowledge recommendations... even for Dragon hunting!
Very well presented lodge with all the things provided to make you feel at home, wifi easy to login and key box handover worked very well. Communications with owners first class.
Exceeded expectations.
Lodge was immaculate, and Jackie, the owner, was so friendly and made sure we had everything for our stay. She gave us great advice of where to visit. It is well equipped with washing machine, towels, sun loungers, secure wrap around decking.
Beautiful decor, well equipped with everything you will need (and much more). We have stayed in many lodges and this was by far the nicest and most homely. The owners checked in to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Great views, comfy beds and the restaurant on site was surprisingly very good. All in all a wonderful, stay, we will definitely return.
