Outside there is garden furniture (large table, sofa and a swing). Parking is on the road outside the lodge. In a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the New Forest. Lovely owners. There were great facilities for our 6 year old including the arcade, park and swimming if we wanted to book. We did go to the bar and had a pub meal but didn't use any of the family facilities but saw them ie pools which looked great.
