United KingdomWe had a fantastic stay. I had emailed requests ahead of our stay and everything was met.
The lodge had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped Beds were really comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, we could park right outside.
The views of the lakes were brilliant.
The staff were all friendly and helpfull. The reception, especially Hannah and the membership service staff went above and beyond to meet our requests.
The swimming pool was a nice added bonus.
Highly recommened and will certainly visit again.

We were shown how to operate the hottub and sauna immediately upon being welcomed. The staff were very friendly. The on-site cafe was excellent as it was a holiday with no intention of cooking and that was achieved. We did not use the pool as we were in the hottub daily but it looked great and very clean.
