Situated by the banks of the Loch Awe, the secluded Loch Aweside Forest Cabins are set in woodland, forest or loch side locations.

The location is beautiful cabin was fantastic, clean and comfortable had everything we needed, great hot tub and helpful owner of the property. Was so sad to leave the cabin this morning. Great memories here to remember for a long time.

Excellent location , I think only 3 miles from Oban , but out in countryside with some lovely walks . Lodges initially look a bit rustic , but once inside are superbly equipped with plenty of power points , USB points, really fast Wi-Fi . Decoration was very nice and quite modern Overall a really nice place to stay for a few days

Location was good and the lodges were pretty clean inside. Very handy for Oban, whilst still being in the beautiful countryside.

The location is perfect for anyone who looks for a peaceful break and easy access to Oban. The accommodation is dog friendly with an outside shower if your pet needs a wash! The local barn serves delicious meals and has a wide range of drinks! If you have any questions, Katie is very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend the Cologin lodges, and we will definitely return!

We had a warm welcome and a lovely few nights at Cologin. It's well-located and close enough to everything while managing to feel quite remote. The family who run these lodges do a beautiful job and add a personal touch just by being present, friendly and unobtrusive. Great place for dogs too, with a gorgeous forest walk right on your doorstep. Would be an ideal place to bring children to as well.

The family that run this lovely little bit of heaven in the hills are so lovely!! The lodges had everything you need and the barn's food and service was above and beyond. A perfect base to explore Scotland from, we are so grateful! And very peaceful as the internet is patchy and phone signal even worse. Although the barn had WiFi for customers.
