Ben nevis and fort william only a short drive.. the owners are really nice and everyone just respects each others privacy. Fort william has loads to do but gets really busy so this place is perfect for the people who want peace at the end of the day. would recommend climbing ben nevis. Kitchen well stocked even with things such as cooking oil, foil, salt and pepper etc which other similar lodges sometimes omit. Similarly the heating was very easy to use and efficient, in comparison to other places I have stayed. Location on the loch’s edge is beautiful, and it’s a great base for exploring the area.
