Easy access, everything you need or want is in the immediate vicinity with easy access to the metro, the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum and more. The apartment itself is nothing to write home about, its simple, clean and has everything you need. A supermarket is also literally across the street, making it extremely convenient. A TV is provided in both rooms & the channel selection is extensive.
