Situated within 22 km of Kochi Biennale and 11 km of Cochin Shipyard in Ernakulam, kallungal square - Edapally features accommodation with seating area.

Everything about this place is homely, from the pantry that is open to all, to the food which seems home cooked and not commercial (and also comes at a low cost). There are only 2-3 options each time for breakfast and dinner, but everything I tried tasted good. (I didn't ask if they also serve lunch as I was eating outside). The hotel has direct well water, which means all the water from the taps is drinkable. Towels and other amenities are provided upon request (but they only gave one towel per room).

We stayed there for only one night and enjoyed the beach swimming. Room was very clean. Owner of the property guided us to reduce the taxi expenses. And the receptionist guided us for good breakfast.

I did not even get the room. When I went to the lodge, the staff said that they did not block my room as I did not pay the money in advance. I had to look for another accomodation. I liked nothing.

We did not eat breakfast as they could not provide it before 8:30AM, so the cost is paid without use. The room was OK, but felt like an old lodge.
