While making it an issue they dodged and blamed you and scolded you and refused to repay the extra payment done by their intention. They are least bothered about reviews. They said that you can do and wrote what ever you want. This is how the front office staff behaved. I am surprised how they got such positive reviews in Booking. They mention on website that there is no parking available, what they don’t mention is that they won’t help with finding one either. They go to the extent of saying that if customer mentions that they have a car, the lodge will refuse a booking. You will have to chase to get towels. The bed and bath linen are dirty and smelly.
