Location: - Remote island with a tranquil atmosphere. - Very few tourists, creating a peaceful experience. Villa was almost empty for most of our stay, making it feel very private. Accommodation: - Newly built villa with double rooms that exceed local standards. - Pleasant community area with dining space and a bar. Activities: - Variety of activities offered, such as boat transfers to Santa Maria Reserve for snorkeling and an island tour by car. - Activities come with an extra fee, which is relatively high (eg Island Tour 5000 MZM, boat ride to Santa Maria 1700 MZM per person) Beach/Pool: - Lovely pool in the community area for a relaxing swim. - No direct beach access from the villa—requires a boat transfer or a 15-minute walk (accessible only at low tide). Food: - Good breakfast buffet with options for eggs and pancakes. - Dinner is not included but offers delicious, fresh seafood. - Food prices are comparable to European levels. Drinks: - Diverse drink menu with an extensive cocktail list. - Drink prices also reflect European standards. Staff: - Very friendly and accommodating team, eager to assist with any needs. - Staff was always polite and helpful. - The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating Check-Out: Smooth check-out process. - Card payments are accepted but come with a 3% fee, which was not communicated beforehand. Boat Transfer from/to Maputo: - Seamless boat transfer with a pleasant ride. - Additional fee for the transfer, which is the only way to reach the island.
