Situated a few steps from Ponta do Ouro Beach, Underwater Explorer features accommodation with a terrace, a bar and a shared kitchen for your convenience.

The staff is very friendly. Helpful. Its on the beach. Beautiful beach. Rooms is comfortable. It's not the place for people that expect a five star hotel, but that is exactly the point. You go to explore dive. Dive with dolphins. There is deep sea fishing and just relaxing on the beach. There is lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance on the beach. This is as close to Nature as you can get.

A little bit of heaven - so peaceful and relaxing. So well looked after - a lot of care and thought have gone in to the running of this “lodge”. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice. Dinner was also delicious. The staff were GREAT.

The perfect spot right off the beach, this is a simple lodging, with neat little rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an on-site bar, and, most importantly, amazing family- Elaine and Ben - and especially Martin, who takes care of all your needs with a wonderful smile! Many thanks for making my stay so special!!

We loved our stay at Nkanhe Lodge, because it is calm and the breakfast is excellent, the meals made in the restaurant are very delicious, the staff are very attentive, its good location has been an advantage. The pool, the green of the plants, what we asked for online we found when we got there, my wife and I will definitely be back again. Especial thanks for the staff

Sean is a very nice guy. The lodge have all facilities, with an in-house restaurant which provides really good food and a fully staffed bar. Tents are large and confortable. Shared bathroom is clean. The location is great. It definitely worth the price!

Friendly staff, Sean was very welcoming, caring and informative. Lodge is literally neighbours with the police station, security was not a problem. Beautiful atmosphere. Had fun with other guests who were there, made friends and played games.

We loved the authentic Echo-friendly way in which the lodge has been created and built. Very neat and well planned lay-out. A true Mozambiquan experience with the quiet and solitude one gets when at Gala-Gala. The prawns at Saffire Sands were out of this world, and i've tasted better-seriously. Well done Daisy. Our hostess, Elisa was amazing and most helpful-(couldn't do enough), and the same goes for AdrieK-(A3K). Eli is an asset to the Lodge and well-desreving of all accolades.
