With mountain views, Ghaub Nature Reserve & Farm - ONE Namibia is located in Grootfontein and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, outdoor pool and terrace.

Colonial style setting. Privacy and space. Great tour to see the rhinos where you can really come up close. The hogs were everywhere and baboons did their thing, not necessarily minding your presence. a great opportunity to walk in nature with the opportunity to come close to the rhinos

Boasting a year-round outdoor pool, Roy's Rest Camp in Grootfontein features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive.

We know this place from previous visits. We usually use only the campsite but this time we stayed in one of the chalets for one night . Staff and service is great as always . extremely helpful and accommodating . Food was great.

Fiume Lodge is on a farm with wildlife. The property was safe, clean, maintained, quiet and peaceful. Both Breakfast and supper was very good quality. We were also fortunate to see the animals come to drink at the waterhole a few meters from the lodge.

Owners and staff exceedingly welcoming, attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were the only guests staying on one night and the staff kindly set up both our evening meal and breakfast tables out on the patio overlooking the waterhole. Wildlife on the waterhole was amazing - a huge herd of Eland on one night. Morning and afternoon wildlife drives were offered. Easy to get to the lodge - with the drive to the lodge straight off of the B8

Felix is the consummate host and goes out of his way to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. He personally prepares the breakfasts and, on request, an evening meal. What he lacks in culinary skill he makes up for in volume (and who doesn't like jelly & ice cream for dessert?) He also took us out for a boat ride on the dam with a couple of stubbies. Oh, and the dogs are a delight - particularly Peanut Very happy to recommend Bambi Lodge for a stop over in the area.

Felix is an attentive and hard working host, this makes Bambi Lodge a different and more open place to stay. The breakfasts and dinners were generous and great value for money. The room was large and comfortable, the en-suite bathroom equally so. Nice to have a pool for a dip too.

We had a very nice time: a very warm welcome from the host, a nice swimming pool, a room on the garden, fast wifi. We had both dinner and breakfast at Bambi lodge and it was 100% perfect.

We liked the friendliness, the complimentary drinks upon arrival, the breakfast and the landscape! We traveled far and needed a place to stay before continuing on to our destination in Walvis Bay. Being from the USA I did not expect the Hilton Hotel nor did I desire such a facility. I wanted something simple, clean, quiet, breakfast included, and with a pool. The Bambi Lodge exceeded those expectations in a very positive way! Thank you Felix for a wonderful time and stay from both myself and Hope!
