The property is beautiful and the food was excellent. We did have to leave a day early to cross the river before it rained again. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful. Private cottages. Excellent staff. They looked after us - for safety on day excursions. Gave good recommendations on things to do.

The location is amazing, the feeling you stay inside the nature park that wild life is around you, makes it a wonderful experience. The staff, the restaurant, the combination is perfect.
Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
We loved everything. The lodge was spacious, beautifully decorated with a homely feeling. The owner was super nice and friendly. We really enjoyed chatting with her and learning about the background of the place and surroundings. The staff was super nice and helpful, too! The breakfast and dinner were high quality and professionally prepared. We saw a rhino from our room coming to drink at night. We also saw porcupines in the dining area. The whole place was very clean and had a very good atmosphere.
At the end of our trip, we had some wonderful days at the exceptionally beautifully situated lodge. It is attractively designed and well maintained with a main house and smaller thatched-roof houses, each with 2 accommodation units. Very good breakfast and dinner. We did not take advantage of any of the activities on offer. We were able to regularly observe grazing warthogs, ground squirrels, Damara dikdiks and rock hyraxes.
Exceptional value for money with a great service at a fraction of the price of many other lodges. Nicely designed and comfortable rooms and nice pool. Beautiful location amongst the rocks. The activity options were extensive and the guides great. We really loved our sundowner walk with Ronny, as well as the morning Ai Aiba walk with another guide whose name I’ve unfortunately forgotten. It was great to do the walking activities which were a change of perspective from the game drives we’ve done in other places.
I think this is one of the most beautiful boutique hotels/lodges I have ever been to! What a great service! The hostess is the kindest and most professional I have ever seen (she even managed to arrange some vegan food!!). The food she and her staff prepared was beyond amazing. Everything is done with impressive attention to detail - the room decor, the pool, just wow! The views are unbeatable, perfect for a romantic getaway! I will recommend this magical place to everyone I know!
The staff and atmosphere was exceptional. I have little comparison as I usually stay in less fancy places, but I think it's pretty good value for money (I find it hard to imagine what else there would be offered at lodges charging double or more of this)
