Somewhat isolated gem. Small quiet cottages with decent space from each other. Lovely pool area.
Very welcoming friendly staff and manager.
Very good food, both for dinner and breakfast.
Very special to see game on drive between gate and lodge.

The carriage room was great ,quiet, comfortable and clean, perfect for an overnight stop. The surrounding environment is a truck stop and could have been a little cleaner. Worth a trip into town to eat rather than eat at gas station facilities.
TVs didn't work.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
We loved our room very comfortable, spacious and well decorated. When seating on the balcony felt like you are in a safari lodge. We will definitely keep coming back and will highly recommend.
we had a really great stay at Callies Game Lodge. It was the first stop on our honeymoon and after a warm welcome we arrived at the beautifully decorated cottage. The accommodation was also very nice, cozy and clean. The dinner was also excellent as well as the service.
