Very nice facilities but got ripped off and charged 40% more for a second guest due to a technical issue with the booking. They also charge 6.5% extra for PayPal of you don’t have cash, which is also not stated in the booking.
Sonidos del Ande Wasi features a terrace, as well as accommodation with free WiFi and a kitchen in Pisac, 36 km from Wanchaq Train station.

What a stunning place to know as your home in a magical area in the mountain.
The family are beautiful, and very wise.
They have a sacred connection with the land and kindly share teachings of the history and traditional practices, music and pottery.
The facilities are perfect for the price. A comfortable bed hot shower and kitchen with nice steel cooking pots.
Fancy staying in tranquility in the mountains with a shop selling all organic groceries just a few minutes away.
This is the place to come!
Explora in the Sacred Valley of the Incas was designed as a headquarter from where to explore a remote and great destination: Cusco, Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Everything about this hotel is pure luxury. The attention to detail is immaculate. It exceeded all of our expectations. The staff are so attentive and friendly. The food is outstanding. The spa area is like a French château with beautiful rooms and doors. The scenery around the hotel is magic.

The room was so cute and spacious. Bed was nice and beautifully made. The inside area is also so nice and you can use the kitchen as well. All it build in a very natural and creative way as well as Clean !! The owners are so so sweet and kind too
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
The setting of the hotel is wonderful, just off the main square but so peaceful and relaxing. The beautiful gardens with the hammocks offer a great space to relax.
It is only a short walk to the main ruins complex. The entrance to the ruins on Pinkuylluna, opposite the main site, are along the same road as the Lodge which was great.
Breakfast was excellent the best omelette we had during our stay in Peru. A really lovely place to stay - highly recommended.
Wonderful staff, great facilities and perfect location. I felt super safe the entire visit. The hotel looked after my bags while I attended the skylodge experience and a trek to Machu Picchu. Great experience.
The lodge is located between Pisac and Calca in a small town called Lamay, easy access to the Lodge walking or with a mototaxi from the bus stop. Colorfull little town, spacious room, very clean, and tasty breakfast..a bonus is the lama and the friendly cat in the property.
We arrived early and was able to stay from 11am until the 8am next day where we began our descent to aguas calientes.
The lodge had an amazing view of Machu Picchu- best place to stay at lactaplata!
Staff was extremely accommodating in every way. We had a few special requests and they met every one without batting an eye. Breakfast each morning was perfectly delicious. Location in city centre could not have been better. Walkable to town square, restaurants and local shopping. Tremendous value overall for your lodging dollar. Would definitely stay here again.
The rooms were comfortable with a Peruvian colonial charm—our room had a high ceiling with exposed rafters, for example. There was a beautiful open courtyard that was stunning. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff were great in helping us book a taxi or lodge our luggage for the day.
The place is filled with love and tranquility. From the moment I checked in, I noticed the warmth of Claudia and Rudi to make sure we were happy. The firepit, the BBQ, and the wine for dinner were just amazing. On top of that, Tupac the llama-dog was so fun. He surely contributes to making everyone happy by being such as lovely pet. I highly recommend the Spirit of the River lodge.
My upstairs suite was absolutely stunning looking over a beautiful river and the Andes. The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was very generous with the best coffee I've had in Peru thus far.
I absolutely loooooved the decor and the bathroom was beautiful, large and filled with beautiful indoor plants. Highly recommend Spirit of the lodge for anyone looking to spend some time in the sacred valley.
Hands down the best hostel I've been in out of Europe and Latin America! Very comfortable in both room and people! It's a great building and at least half of the people working were volunteers (worked for their lodging there), which means they were especially helpful and friendly! Special shout out to Ana Paula, who was very welcoming and helpful! Wifi very strong throughout. The hostel organizes great nightly events with a wonderful relaxed and fun atmosphere--cannot recommend enough! This is the place to stay in Cusco :D
