Great customer service! I accidentally left a pouch with important documents in the room, but the staff was extremely helpful in sending it back to me. They were patient with my questions, and I am thrilled that I received my belongings in a timely manner. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the bed was comfortable. I particularly appreciated the extra heating in the bathroom, especially during chilly mornings after showering.

    Nothing there was bedbugs and the room was filthy I left immediately asked for a refund and the crooked manager refused to refund I'll never go to a econo lodge again
