CanadaWe arrived early for check in and the room wasnt ready. Reception checked us in and we went for a walk around town. Fab icecream shop and local museum. On our return, still early, the room was being cleaned so we were offered a lovely cup of tea and receptionist gave us local info whilst we used the wifi and relaxed. As soon as the room was ready we got access. Lovely little cabin, biju bathroom, and everything we needed. As we left reception we were given 2 comp breakfast tickets to thank us for waiting... so sweet we really didnt mind the wait since we were early anyway. Brilliant nights sleep on great bed. Now off for breakfast! Only regret the pool is not open for the season until next week.

Pleasant walkable town, with good restaurants & shops. The property was spotless & the rooms were comfortable. Enjoyed learning about all the movies made in the area & all the stars who stayed there. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding, the provided bath robes were cozy, and the chromecast feature on the TV was a huge plus for us! Room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the red rock hills and the gorgeous row of catalpa trees separating the lodge from the highway.
