The gentleman who checked us in and out was thoughtful and helpful at all times and made sure we were well provided for. He even wrote a personal thank you note which was waiting for me upon arrival! The customer service was more than I could ask for. The room was comfortable and the bed was cozy. The overall vibe of the Rowlins Western Lodge is quaint and inviting.
