When I arrived the heater was broken so they eventually had to move me to another room. But I had a terrible night's sleep as the heater in the room was making noises all night. Their voicemail instructed you to leave a message and/ or go to their website and email them, which i did, but they did not respond until the day we were supposed to check out. The front office was extremely friendly and personable, and we loved the little touches here and there that were accommodating and fun. The location is very convenient and the room was very well kept and clean. We'd definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely be back again if we ever need another stay in South Fork.
