Perfectly situated on the west side of Lake Tahoe in proximity with Tahoe city and the beautiful beaches of the east side . The rooms are nice and well equipped . The breakfast is very nice and largely above average . Nice that the lodge rooms are clumped in 4's so one shared entryway for 4 rooms, not just rooms along a long hallway or corridor. Made fore a more homey feeling! This was our 50th anniversary and Gail at front desk went out of her way to reserve a table for us at Swiss Landing(?) Food was indescribable!! There’s a large outdoor seating area right on the lake with service from the bar and restaurant.
