The staff at the Lodge were so friendly and welcoming, and really made our stay 10/10. All of the food made for us was delicious. The chef even prepared me a special gluten free option each meal, including snacks, which was much appreciated!
I have done one safari before but the wildlife we saw was out of this world. A heard of 20 Elephants came to the lodge one evening and we're drinking out of our plunge pools. It was a once in a lifetime experience that we will treasure.

Friendly staff who are so helpful and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Our room was always so welcoming, as staff attended to it while we were out on game drives, so always returned to a spotless and welcoming room.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay here as a few hours before my arrival I was told they do not accommodate single nights and my reservation was cancelled. I’m not sure why this isn’t clear when I booked. I tried to book for an additional night but then it was ‘fully booked’.
Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.
