United KingdomSaw lots of the Big 5 close up. Would definitely the quad bike safari. That was amazing! Pool looks great but is very cold and we were advised by Booking.com that check in time was 2pm but discovered that it was actually 12pm for overnight stays.

We did the general evening game drive, but opted for a private drive the next morning which was so much better and we saw all the animals we wanted to see.. The room was excellent for a family of 5, buffet food was great and staff were super friendly. Nigel our safari guide was very well knowledgeable. One of my daughters got injured playing putt-putt golf but Helen from the Spa team was very very helpful in giving first aid and one of the managers (I forgot his name) but he was kind enough to give my daughter a small zebra plush toy as a souvenir.Guest review byImranFamily with young children
