The room is located right in front of the beach, offering amazing views of the sea and direct access through the garden. Caraíva is small but the location couldn't be better. The pousada is very well kept, the garden is beautiful. There's also a very nice common area. The host is super nice and attentive, and made a real difference for us in making the experience as pleasant as one can expect. Could not recommend better! The breakfast is delicious with fresh fruit, tapiocas and freshly baked delicious cakes. I will come back!

The chales are comfortable but staff was not present, reachable through WhatsApp primarily. Because it was so far from the town, we ended up ordering delivery meals for dinner.

This location is literally A DREAM!! The room was so cosy and clean, great bathroom with direct access to the outside part, the pool area is very spacious and cosy as well, the jacuzzi can switch color with the lights, and the outside kitchen was the cherry on top! The whole setting is just so romantic. Surrounded by nature, bird sounds and still very close to the center of Trancoso. Definitely a 10/10! Above all of this the owner of this dream place is the sweetest!! Thank you so much Livia for our unforgettable stay at your accommodation. An extremely beautiful property with a lot of attention to detail. Luigi is a great host, very attentive and responsive to requests and queries online or in person, gives great recommendations for restaurants, and is very respectful to the privacy of the guest. The property is a little walk from the town (15 - 20 minutes), but it is outstanding and worth the extra effort. The rooms are spacious and bright - all the facilities are new and everything is impeccably clean! You have your own private washrooms of course, but there is an additional shower and tap outside to clean the sand off yourself at your own convenience. The garden and plants have been aesthetically planned, there are chairs and a hammock to enjoy the afternoon sun and the sounds of the birds, and around the corner a fire pit, washing machine and washing line. It is a really wonderful and peaceful place and my only regret is not staying longer as we did not have the time to learn about or visit the indigenous community. I would love to come back in the future, it is one of the most beautiful and unique places I have stayed and I cannot recommend it enough :)
