Lovely place, rooms and staff are great. Facilities in the lodges were disappointing as no tea and coffee making facilities or iron, working fridge or usual inclusions in room,

No cleaning Staff are keep ignoring you . We lodge complain a few times even on the chech out date directly raised the issue with day time manager we showed him a footage as well . Nothing happened he told us he is going to email us straight away and some sort of compensation but again never happened

Beautiful luxurious lodge room! Very good restaurant.

The property is close to the tram stop and there is a coop mart in front of the station. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The whole building seems to be being used as a lodging, and it was convenient to have a shared laundry room on the first floor. A caretaker was on-site to make any necessary repairs immediately, and they were generously accommodating even if they accidentally broke the glass. We are satisfied with all aspects of transportation, facilities, and communication.
