Quetzal Dorado Eco-Lodge by Mareygua is located in Los Naranjos, only 1.5 km away from the entrance of Tayrona National Park in El Zaino. Amazing place close to Tayrona NP. The photos on booking looked to good to be true, but they are 100% accurate. The style of the buildings merges nicely into the jungle, their ecological approach is transparent and visible. The beds are extremely comfortable and offer mosquito nets (in addition to all windows and doors being equipped with them as well). The restaurant offers fresh, regional and very tasty dishes for a reasonable price (and good variety) which is important as there is little else around. The pool and facilities are well-kept and inviting. And they even have a little zoo (a cat and a parrot freely strolling the yard, turtles and fishes). And the staff is very friendly, service-oriented and goes out of their way to make your stay pleasurable (special shout-out and thanks to Santiago). A small paradise in the jungle, we regretted not being able to stay longer.

Wachakyta Ecolodge í Calabazo er með fjallaútsýni og býður upp á gistingu, garð, einkastrandsvæði, verönd, veitingastað og bar. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. This place is magic. It is completely cut off from any kind of road or path network which means that you have to get there by boat and, thus, the only people you encounter are other guests and staff. The accomodation is comfortable and has a huge bed with a moskito net. Everything was clean and worked as intended. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place itself is spectacular with a private beach with beds and cushions to sit or lie down on, a small reef where you can snorkel, and a path into the woods where you can observe birds and, if you are lucky, monkeys. The kitchen team also knows what they are doing as all the meals we had were really good.

We loved everything. The family/staff were wonderful; very friendly and helpful. We were given a wonderful fruit drink at check-in. The accommodation was wonderful and the environment great. The accommodation is open to the outside with screening and it makes for a wonderful sleeping and relaxing experience. The quality of the accommodation, chairs, hammocks, while rustic are very good quality and totally fit with the cabins. The bamboo construction is just wonderful. If you want the ideal get away and relaxation spot you will not find better. I also liked that while you are definitely in the jungle the grounds are lightly gardened and tended which just adds to the beauty.

Offering a private beach area, Playa Pikua Ecolodge is a solar-powered property situated in Guachaca between two rivers and the Caribbean sea. Playa Pikua is an amazing place, Martha and Oscar are the best hosts. You are literally sleeping in the ocean, the bungalows are amazing you can smell the fresh air and hear the nature all around you. The breakfast is amazing and they always help you with everything.

Playa Mareygua Hostal í Buritaca er með garðútsýni og býður upp á gistirými, garð, einkastrandsvæði, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað. Ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði eru í boði. The host is amazing. She really helped us with literally everything and went above and beyond. She arrange transport, boat trips for us and also recommended restaurants - both of which were AMAZING. She is really friendly and welcoming.
