A perfect stop over between Pura Vida Ecolodge and Puerto Viejo on the Caribbean side. We were met with open arms and warm smiles and were incredibly well looked after throughout our short stay. It genuinely felt like we were at home... Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a really beautiful set up, stunning views, wonderfully kept gardens and basic but comfortable cabins. They even managed to make some tweaks in the kitchen in order to offer us a super tasty vegan evening meal and very yummy breakfast. Gracias Antonio y amigos, we'll be back and for longer next time - seems like there is SO much to explore in the area!

The hotel is somewhat remote (9km drive on unpaved road). Gilberth (the owner) is a very nice person. He really helped me when I got stuck driving a small FWD car, and prepared a very good breakfast. Highly recommended place to stay, but I would recommend driving a 4x4 in that area.

The room is spacious and has everything you need. We could use the kitchen in the house which was great and well equipped. Thanks for the great time.

Paraíso Quetzal Lodge features extensive gardens, wooden bungalows and a terrace with views of the cloud forest. It is located just 3 km from Los Quetzales National Park. What an amazing place! The land and views are gorgeous! Beautiful trails, hummingbirds and other lovely birds and nature, great food, friendly and good staff support, and lovely cabins!

Nastanitev Escapadita al Bosque se nahaja v mestu San Isidro, 16 km od znamenitosti park Jardin Botanico Lankester in 26 km od znamenitosti Ujarras Ruins. The location, the equipment, the care given to set practical things and to make the trails/sanderos very clear and easy. I definitely recommand it to people wanting to be inspired by nature.

Nastanitev Hotel Wagelia Espino Blanco se nahaja v mestu Turrialba in ponuja restavracijo, informacijski pult, bar, vrt, teraso ter pogled na gore. The location is beautiful but this type of accomodation is just not my thing. There is no electricity in the cabins, something that is not indicated clearly. No electricity means no hot water and when it's cold out, a hot shower is appreciated. The water was ice cold. I'm all for saving the planet but I'm not ready to trun into a cave woman.

Nastanitev Cabañas La Laguna se nahaja 29 km od znamenitosti park Jardin Botanico Lankester in ponuja vrt, teraso ter sobno postrežbo. We had a problem with the GPS and arrived real late. We had a lot of support and were welcome so late at night, way outside of the regular check-in hours. We got helped ordering food. The location itself could have been gorgeous if the laguna /water area and outside was taken care, which was not the case.
