Incredible clean, the towela and bed sheet has a very pleasant smell. The place in clean and well kept. Restaurant available. Location just fantastic, in the middle of the nature. BUT you should know that it is more or less 20 Min walk/hike trouth the forest form the last area which is accessable by car or bike. So if you have a big luggage it can be taff.

Oui ma gaté ! We saw orang outans, various monkeys and a hornbill. We had a great time at the camp at night with Andi telling us stories. They were really listening to what we wanted to do and adapted the pace for us.

Huts are simple, no electricity, which I liked. Owner took care of meals which were amazing. Also the trip to the jungle was very well organized with fruit snack and lunch. Huts are located on a hill to which lead a steep path but it is only 5 minutes hike. Alltogether maybe 30 minutes of walk from the village. You can leave your heavy stuff with owner and take only necessary things with you. During breakfast time expect visit of monkeys.

Staff went above and beyond and decorated our room for my girlfriends birthday and the food is also delicious. The 2 day trekking with Joni and mawan has been the highlight of our 3 month trip and we saw 7 orangutans. Joni and Mawan made our trip so enjoyable so big thanks to them 2.

The restaurant attached has such a cool ambiance - a great place to read or study. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very clean and neat and an easy walk towards the forest or shops nearby!

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I am actually so impress with Padang's people hospitality. They are so welcoming its makes me feel so bad😅😅. The room is nice and the environment is very peaceful. The food ia good. Tea and coffee served in the cafe is sooo good I forgot to ask and buy some to take home.

Comfortable even though there is no fan or air conditional. The family room is spacious. The resort has nice landscape garden. There is a vegetable farm beside the accommodation. Have nice view of Gunung Sinabung. Although breakfast is not included, it's cafe also serves delicious western food. Like the quiet yet calming of the atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!
