They even provide bathrobes. The views are fantastic and the comfy armchairs invite to linger. Very quiet and peaceful. We would have liked to have stayed a bit longer to go on walks and explore the valley. Very good restaurant on site where we booked a delicious dinner and had a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

Boasting a garden, The Little House offers accommodation in Bolungarvík with free WiFi and sea views. A cosy little house and as the name states it is little (height wise). I banged my head on a few spots, I stand at 184cm tall so if you are taller be careful. Plenty of amenities provided, nice kitchen and lounge. Bedroom was upstairs with a little ladder to climb on. Everything was clean and tidy, good wifi.

Cabin 1 at Lundar Farm is set in Varmaland. This lodge has a garden and free private parking. Reykjavík Domestic Airport is 103 km from the property. Such a wonderful place, and very friendly host. We didn’t know it was a horse breeding farm, but the kids were so happy when they found out. We loved the area. It’s remote, and our navigation system led us the wrong way first, but it was so worth it. 😀😀😀😀

The location is mind blowing. Literally in the middle of no where. The sea and mountains in full glory. Sad that we had cloudy weather so couldn't spot northern lights, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
