With mountain views, Tengudaira Mountain Lodge is located in Tateyama and has a restaurant and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Great location, its just at the bus stop of the Takayam Highland bus (to or from Murodo). Dinner was an extensive spread of Japanese food (sukiyaki, oden, grilled fish, sides, rice) every dish was thoroughly delicious. I arrived at Tengudaira Mountain Lodge (from Murodo) at appx 4, the host was very kind to loan me snowshoe do to a walk around the area (May2023). Room was clean and modern. I was served an early breakfast at 630am and caught the 2nd bus in operation to continue my way to Bijodaira. I will return to this accomodation one day in Autumn. thanks for the great stay!
