Terletak kurang dari 1 km dari pusat Kandy, LOUIS LAKE VILLA menawarkan akomodasi dengan taman dan lounge bersama. This was one of the best homestays we experienced in Asia. The location is perfect—tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a 5-minute tuktuk ride from everything you need. The room was very nice and clean, providing a comfortable space for us to unwind after our busy days. Although we didn't have much time to get to know the owner because our days were packed from dawn till dusk, Kalpa was always nice and friendly to us. He made sure to share useful information and went out of his way to help us with small gestures that meant a lot, like offering us an umbrella and helping us book a tuk tuk for an early morning departure. Booked for two nights, extended for four. One of my favorite stays in Sri Lanka! Beautiful teracce, spotless clean and modern rooms. Also, the price is great. We stayed in similar rooms in South which were 4x more expensive. It’s just 10min away from the centre and believe me - Kandy is much better outside the centre :D You can order your food there or just uber it. The host Harshana is wonderful. He has travelled/worked abroad and we had a lot to talk about. He helped with the visa extension too, very grateful for that. P.S. Don’t go trough the mountains, follow directions in booking.

Menawarkan teras dan pemandangan gunung, Solitary Cottage Dunhinna berlokasi di Teldeniya, 25 km dari Stadion Kriket Internasional Pallekele dan 38 km dari Stadion Bogambara. I had an absolutely amazing experience here. The owner helped me on my way to Teldeniya from there I took a Tuktuk up in the hills. Solitary Cottage offers all you need: a quiet natural experience, birds and the sound of the wind. I managed to do some good hiking around without the need of a guide. The bungalow is well equipped and offers and fully equipped kitchen! Wifi works great. Make sure you order your food through the accommodation, it was close to the best authentic Sri Lankan food I ever tasted during my travels in Sri Lanka. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous place

Beautiful and quiet location. Hosts Krishan and Michael were friendly and very helpful with organising my onward travel. I loved the start to each day and appreciated the opportunity to participate in yoga and meditation sessions with Michael.

The family running the lodge are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our baby was comfortable, ensuring she had everything she needed. To our surprise and delight, they even set up a small birthday cake and adorable decorations for her special day. Their thoughtfulness touched our hearts and made the occasion truly unforgettable. And the breakfast? Delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with love. It was such a treat to start our mornings here. If you're looking for a unique, heartwarming experience in Kandy, this lodge is an absolute gem. We can't recommend it enough!
